What are the figurines made from?
Each figurine is made from full-color 3D-printed resin, a durable material designed for display. It is sturdy but not unbreakable, so please handle your figurine with care and keep it away from drops or hard impacts.
What size will my pet figurine be?
Pet figurines are available in 2.4 in, 3.2 in, and 4.0 in sizes. Product size is measured by the longest dimension of the figurine’s body outline, excluding any tail length that extends beyond the body.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Please upload a clear, well-lit photo that shows your pet’s face, coat colors, and distinctive markings. A slightly front-facing three-quarter view works best. If an important detail is not visible, please reply to your order confirmation email after placing your order with additional reference photos.
Can I request changes to my preview?
Yes. You can request changes to your preview before production begins. Simply reply to your order confirmation email with the changes you would like to make, and we’ll update the preview accordingly.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production is normally completed and shipping begins within 10–12 business days. Please allow an additional 4–5 business days for 4.0 in figurines, as their larger size and finer details require more time for printing and finishing.
How is my figurine packaged?
Each figurine is securely packed to help protect it in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photos of the figurine and packaging. We will use the same 3D model to remake and ship a replacement to you free of charge.
Do you make figurines of pets other than cats and dogs?
Yes. We can create a custom figurine of any animal—from rabbits and birds to reptiles, horses, and more.
Do you offer products beyond full-body pet figurines?
Yes. You can also create a custom pet refrigerator magnet or a custom pet car diffuser.
