At digxipop, we strive to make your checkout experience fast, seamless, and secure. We offer a variety of payment options to give you the flexibility you need. Below is a breakdown of the payment methods we accept and how they work.


1. Express Checkout Options

For a faster checkout process without re-entering your shipping and billing details, we support the following express digital wallets:
  • Shop Pay
    • Express payment powered by Shopify. If you have a Shop account, you can quickly complete your purchase using saved shipping addresses and payment cards with a single click or SMS verification code.
  • PayPal
    • When selecting PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure platform to authorize your payment.
    • Pay without a PayPal account: You can still pay using your Debit or Credit card on the PayPal page by selecting "Pay with Debit/Credit Card".
    • Note: Please ensure your shipping address in your PayPal account matches your intended delivery destination.
  • Google Pay
    • Fast and secure checkout using credit or debit cards saved in your Google Account.
  • Venmo (US customers only)
    • Pay seamlessly using your Venmo balance, linked bank account, or debit/credit card via the Venmo app.

2. Credit & Debit Cards

We accept standard credit and debit card payments during regular checkout, including major payment networks:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
Security Notice: Your card details are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
digxipop does NOT store your full credit card details or sensitive security codes (CVV).


3. Coupon Codes & Discounts

  • Enter your coupon or promo code in the "Discount code" field on the checkout page and click "Apply".
  • Please verify that the discount is correctly reflected in your Total before finalizing your purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after payment is completed.

4. Important Things to Note

  • Payment Failures / Declines: If your payment is declined, please check with your card issuer or bank to ensure international/online transactions are enabled. Alternatively, try using another express wallet option (such as PayPal or Shop Pay).
  • Payment Restrictions: We do not accept bank wire transfers, personal checks, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless specified otherwise at checkout.
