What happens after you order
We create your pet after you place your order
Upload a photo of your cat or dog and complete checkout. We then use your photo to make your personalized desktop pet.
We email you a code when your pet is ready
Within 2 business days (usually 24–48 hours), we send a separate email to the address you used at checkout. It contains your claim code—the code you use to add your finished pet to the app.
Enter your code in the Mac app to get your pet
Download and open the free app below. Click “Add pet”, enter the code from your email, and your custom pet will download and appear on your desktop.
You can install the free app now and try the sample pets while we make your own.

Read cancellation and refund details
You can cancel for a full refund before your custom desktop pet is finished and the claim email is sent. After the claim email is sent, custom digital orders are normally non-refundable. If we cannot complete or deliver your pet, contact support and we’ll make it right.
Claim code expiry and another device
Install the Mac app, open Add pet and enter the code from your pet-ready email within 7 days.
The 7-day limit applies only to the claim code. Once installed, your pet does not expire.
For another device or an expired code, create a new code in your account.
